September 2003 Congressman Boehlert Announces $3,300 Federal Grant for the Cortland Sports Complex Rep. Sherwood Boehlert (R-New Hartford) today announced a $3,300 U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Community Facilities Loan for Cortland Sports Complex, Inc. The USDA Rural Development Loan will be used to help us with construction costs for this building that in total will cost $3.3 million. We are grateful to Congressmen Boehlert for his help in securing this loan for the Complex and the families of Cortland County." There will be a groundbreaking ceremony for the Cortland Sports Complex on Monday, September 22, 2003 at 5:00pm at the Cortland County Fair Grounds on Carroll Street in Cortland.
